Who We Are
Peak to Peak Exteriors was founded in 2026 by brothers Logan Holtz and Mitchell Holtz, longtime Colorado residents who built the company around a simple idea: exterior maintenance should be reliable, professional, and easy to coordinate.
After years living and working in the mountains, they recognized a common problem. Property managers and business owners weren’t just looking for someone to clean windows — they needed a vendor they could depend on. Communication, consistency, and follow-through mattered just as much as the work itself.
Peak to Peak was created to fill that gap.
Local Experience That Matters
Both founders have deep ties to the Vail Valley and Summit County communities.
Mitchell has spent years in Summit County as a professional snowboarder based out of Copper Mountain. His background built a strong appreciation for the mountain environment and the importance of professionalism in guest-facing industries.
Logan lives in Gypsum and is an avid outdoorsman who understands the conditions unique to high-elevation properties — snow load, dust, hard water, and the constant exposure homes face throughout the seasons.
Together, their experience shaped how the company operates: prepared for mountain conditions, respectful of the properties they work on, and dependable for the people responsible for managing them.

We understand that many of the properties we service are unoccupied much of the year and represent significant investments. Because of that, our approach emphasizes trust, communication, and care.

Our Approach
We specialize in low-impact exterior cleaning using purified water systems rather than harsh chemicals. This allows us to clean glass and exterior surfaces safely without leaving residue or affecting landscaping, wood finishes, or surrounding materials.

Logan Holtz
Logan lives in Gypsum with his wife Danielle and their two children, River and Aspen. Family and time outdoors are a central part of his life and are a big reason Peak to Peak was built around reliability and long-term relationships within the local community.
An avid outdoorsman, Logan spends much of his free time hunting across the country and makes a yearly DIY trip to Alaska. He also enjoys fishing and camping with his family during the off-season.
During the winter months, you can usually find Logan ice fishing, snowmobiling, or snowboarding with his brother Mitchell. Living and working year-round in the mountains gives him a firsthand understanding of the conditions local properties face — from hard water and dust in the summer to snow, ice, and weather exposure in the winter — and that experience shapes the care Peak to Peak brings to every property.

Mitchell Holtz
Mitchell is based in Summit County and has spent years riding professionally out of Copper Mountain. His career as a snowboarder built a strong connection to the local mountain community and a deep familiarity with the area’s properties, terrain, and seasonal demands.
Working in a guest-driven mountain environment taught Mitchell the importance of professionalism, reliability, and presentation — the same standards expected of vendors servicing vacation rentals, lodges, and high-end homes. He brings that mindset directly into daily operations, overseeing service throughout Summit County and ensuring work is completed consistently and on schedule.
When he’s not working, Mitchell is usually on the mountain during the winter and spends summers outdoors around Summit County. Year-round experience living in the high country gives him a practical understanding of how weather, elevation, and seasonal conditions affect homes and buildings, and helps guide how Peak to Peak approaches exterior maintenance.
